Auto-stop contacts are provided in each motor, and the motor stop position is feedback to the MICU.
If the windshield wiper motor is very hot with an overload etc., the windshield wiper motor is stopped temporarily by cutting off the circuit by the circuit breaker inside of the motor.

The wiper/washer switch is installed on the steering column.

Some models come equipped with the washer fluid level switch. The washer fluid level switch is installed on the washer reservoir.
The washer fluid level switch sends a washer level indicator signal to the gauge control module when the washer fluid gets low.
