Timing Belt Inspection
1. Drive Belt - Remove


2. Right Front Wheel - Remove


3. Engine Undercover - Remove


4. Front Upper Cover - Remove

Remove the front upper cover.


5. Timing Belt - Inspect

Inspect the timing belt for cracks and oil or coolant contamination. Replace the belt if it is cracked, or contaminated with oil or coolant. Wipe off any oil or solvent that gets on the belt pulleys.

NOTE: If there is any leakage, repair them before replacing the timing belt.


6. Front Upper Cover - Install

Install the front upper cover.


7. Engine Undercover - Install


8. Right Front Wheel - Install


9. Drive Belt - Install
