Water Pump Removal and Installation
1. Engine Coolant - Drain

Drain the engine coolant.

2. Timing Belt - Remove

Remove the timing belt.

3. Timing Belt Adjuster - Remove

Remove the timing belt adjuster.

4. Water Pump - Remove
Remove the water pump (A).


1. Water Pump - Install
1.
Inspect and clean the O-ring groove and the mating surface of the engine block.
2.
Install the water pump (A) with a new O-ring (B).
3.
Clean up any spilled engine coolant.

2. Timing Belt Adjuster - Install

Install the timing belt adjuster.

3. Timing Belt - Install

Install the timing belt.
