Radiator and A/C Condenser Fan, Motor, and Shroud Removal and Installation

Splash Separator - Remove
Remove the splash separator.
2.
A/C Condenser Fan Motor Connector and Radiator Fan Motor Connector - Disconnect
1.
Disconnect the A/C condenser fan motor connector (A).
2.
Remove the harness clamp (B).
3.
Disconnect the radiator fan motor connector (A).
3.
A/C Condenser Fan Shroud Assembly - Remove
Remove the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly (A).
4.
Radiator Fan Shroud Assembly - Remove
Remove the radiator fan shroud assembly (A).
5.
Fan Shroud - Disassemble
Disassemble the fan shrouds.

Fan Shroud - Assemble
Assemble the fan shrouds.
2.
Radiator Fan Shroud Assembly - Install
Install the radiator fan shroud assembly (A).
3.
A/C Condenser Fan Shroud Assembly - Install
Install the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly (A).
4.
A/C Condenser Fan Motor Connector and Radiator Fan Motor Connector - Connect
1.
Connect the radiator fan motor connector (A).
2.
Install the harness clamp (A).
3.
Connect the A/C condenser fan motor connector (B).
5.
Splash Separator - Install
Install the splash separator.
