Radiator Removal and Installation
1. Engine Undercover - Remove

Remove the engine undercover.

2. Engine Coolant - Drain

Drain the engine coolant.

3. Lower Radiator Hose, ECT Sensor 2 Connector, and Radiator Fan Motor Connector - Disconnect
1.
Disconnect the lower radiator hose (A).
2.
Disconnect the ECT sensor 2 connector (B) and the radiator fan motor connector (C).
3.
Remove the harness clamp (D).

4. Radiator Upper Mount Bracket - Remove
Remove the radiator upper mount brackets.


5. A/C Condenser Fan Motor Connector - Disconnect
1.
Disconnect the A/C condenser fan motor connector (A).
2.
Remove the harness clamp (B).

6. Upper Radiator Hose - Disconnect
Disconnect the upper radiator hose.


7. Radiator Assembly - Remove
1.
Pull up the radiator assembly (A).
2.
Remove the lower cushions (B).

8. Fan shroud and ECT Sensor 2 - Remove
1.
Remove the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly (A) and the radiator fan shroud assembly (B).
2.
Remove ECT sensor 2 (C).

1. Fan shroud and ECT Sensor 2 - Install
1.
Install ECT sensor 2 (A) with a new O-ring (B).
2.
Install the radiator fan shroud assembly (C) and the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly (D).

2. Radiator Assembly - Install
1.
Install the lower cushions (A).
2.
Install the radiator assembly (B).

3. Upper Radiator Hose - Connect
Connect the upper radiator hose.


4. A/C Condenser Fan Motor Connector - Connect
1.
Install the harness clamp (A).
2.
Connect the A/C condenser fan motor connector (B).

5. Radiator Upper Mount Bracket - Install
Install the radiator upper mount brackets.


6. Lower Radiator Hose, ECT Sensor 2 Connector, and Radiator Fan Motor Connector - Connect
1.
Install the harness clamp (A).
2.
Connect the ECT sensor 2 connector (B) and the radiator fan motor connector (C).
3.
Connect the lower radiator hose (D).
4.
Make sure the lower radiator hose clamp is in the position of its range shown.

7. Engine Undercover - Install

Install the engine undercover.
