Wheel Speed Sensor Removal and Installation
Front

1. Vehicle - Lift

Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Front Wheel - Remove

Remove the front wheel.

3. Front Wheel Speed Sensor - Remove
1.
Disconnect the wheel speed sensor connector (A).
2.
Remove the clips (B) and the clamp (C).
3.
Remove the wheel speed sensor (D).

Rear

1. Vehicle - Lift

Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Rear Wheels - Remove

Remove the rear wheel.

3. Rear Wheel Speed Sensor - Remove
1.
Disconnect the wheel speed sensor connector (A).
2.
Remove the clip (B) and the clamps (C).
3.
Remove the wheel speed sensor (D).

Front

1. Front Wheel Speed Sensor - Install
1.
Install the wheel speed sensor (A).
NOTE:
Do not twist the sensor wires.
If the wheel speed sensor comes in contact with the wheel bearing, it is faulty.
Make sure there is no debris in the sensor mounting hole.
2.
Install the clips (B) and the clamp (C).
3.
Connect the wheel speed sensor connector (D).

2. Front Wheel - Install

Install the front wheel.

Rear

1. Rear Wheel Speed Sensor - Install
1.
Install the wheel speed sensor (A).
NOTE:
Do not twist the sensor wires.
If the wheel speed sensor comes in contact with the hub bearing unit, it is faulty.
Make sure there is no debris in the sensor mounting hole.
2.
Install the clip (B) and the clamps (C).
3.
Connect the wheel speed sensor connector (D).

2. Rear Wheels - Install

Install the rear wheel.
