Glove Box Damper Removal and Installation

SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations, 2-door, 4-door and the precautions and procedures before doing repairs or service.

1. Glove Box - Remove

Remove the glove box.

2. Glove Box Damper - Remove

Remove the glove box damper (A).

If necessary, remove the glove box damper bracket (A) and the collar (B).

Install the glove box damper bracket (A) and the collar (B).
2.
Install the glove box damper (A).

2. Glove Box - Install

Install the glove box.
