Hood Latch Removal and Installation
1. Front Grille Cover/Upper Air Duct - Remove

Remove the front grille cover/upper air duct.

2. Hood Latch - Remove
1.
Disconnect the hood latch switch connector (A).
2.
Remove the hood latch (B).
3.
Disconnect the hood opener cable (C) from the latch.

1. Hood Latch - Install
1.
Apply multipurpose grease to each location of the hood latch indicated by the arrows.
2.
Connect the hood opener cable (A) to the hood latch (B).
3.
Install the hood latch.
4.
Connect the hood latch switch connector (C).

2. Hood Latch - Adjust

Adjust the hood latch.

3. Front Grille Cover/Upper Air Duct - Install

Install the front grille cover/upper air duct.
