Air Mix Control Motor Removal and Installation

NOTE:
The air mix control motor and the driver's air mix control motor are the same parts.
Set the MAX COOL position before removing the air mix control motor.

1. Air Mix Control Motor - Remove
1.
Disconnect the air mix control motor connector (A).
2.
Remove the air mix control motor (B).


NOTE: The air mix control motor and the driver's air mix control motor are the same parts.

1. Air Mix Control Motor - Install
1.
Make sure the air mix door and linkage move smoothly.
2.
Align the air mix control motor (A) with the gear, then install the motor.
3.
Connect the air mix control motor connector (B).
4.
After installation, make sure the motor runs smoothly.
