Under-Hood Fuse/Relay Box Removal and Installation
NOTE: The under-hood fuse/relay box is a part of the engine compartment wire harness, and it cannot be replaced by itself.
1.
Battery Terminal - Disconnect
Do the battery terminal disconnection procedure
.
2.
Relay Circuit Board - Remove
Remove the relay circuit board
.
3.
Under-Hood Fuse/Relay Box - Remove
1.
Remove the cover (A).
2.
Remove the under-hood fuse/relay box (B) from the brackets (C).
3.
Remove the bottom cover (D) from the under-hood fuse/relay box.
4.
Disconnect the under-hood fuse/relay box connector.
5.
Carefully remove the relays using the relay puller tool.
NOTE: Do not use pliers. Pliers will damage the relays, which could cause the engine to stall or not start or cause other functions to fail.

Under-Hood Fuse/Relay Box - Install
1.
Install the relays in the under-hood fuse/relay box (A).
2.
Connect the under-hood fuse/relay box connector.
3.
Install the bottom cover (B) to the under-hood fuse/relay box.
4.
Install the under-hood fuse/relay box to the brackets (C).
5.
Install the cover (D).

Relay Circuit Board - Install
Install the relay circuit board
.
3.
Battery Terminal - Connect
1.
Do the battery terminal reconnection procedure
.
2.
Confirm that all systems work properly.
