Idler Gear Shaft - Install
1.
Install the idler gear shaft (A).
2.
Install the 27.5 x 41 x 2.5 mm thrust needle bearing (B) and the 41.5 mm washer (C).
2.
Idler Gear Shaft Installation Height - Inspect/Adjust
1.
Install a new gasket (A).
2.
Measure the installation height (B) of the idler gear shaft between the surface of the gasket (C) and the surface of the 41.5 mm washer (D).

Standard: 116.24?116.30 mm (4.5764?4.5787 in)
3.
If the measurement is out of the standard, remove the 41.5 mm washer.
4.
Measure the 41.5 mm washer thickness.
5.
Select and install a new 41.5 mm washer, then recheck the installation height.
