CMP Sensor Removal and Installation
1. Timing Belt - Remove

Remove the timing belt.

2. Front Camshaft Pulley (CMP Sensor Pulse Plate) and Back Cover - Remove

Remove the front camshaft pulley (CMP sensor pulse plate) (A).
2.
Remove the back cover (B), then disconnect the CMP sensor connector (C).

3. CMP Sensor - Remove
Remove the CMP sensor (A) from the back cover.


1. CMP Sensor - Install
Install the CMP sensor (A) to the back cover.


2. Front Camshaft Pulley (CMP Sensor Pulse Plate) and Back Cover - Install
1.
Connect the CMP sensor connector (A), then install the back cover (B).
2.
Install the front camshaft pulley (CMP sensor pulse plate) (C).

3. Timing Belt - Install

Install the timing belt.
