EVAP Canister Removal and Installation
USA and Canada models

1. EVAP Canister Assembly - Remove
1.
Disconnect the quick-connect fitting (A), the hoses (B), and the EVAP canister vent shut valve connector (C) and the FTP sensor connector (D).
2.
Remove the EVAP canister assembly (A).

2. EVAP Canister - Disassembly
1.
Remove the EVAP canister vent shut valve (A).
2.
Remove the FTP sensor (B).
3.
Remove the EVAP canister bracket (C).

Mexico models

1. EVAP Canister - Remove
1.
Disconnect the hoses (A), and remove the EVAP canister (B).
2.
If needed, remove the EVAP canister bracket (C).

2. EVAP Canister Two Way Valve - Remove

Remove the EVAP canister two way valve.

USA and Canada models

1. EVAP Canister - Reassembly
1.
Install the EVAP canister bracket (A).
2.
Install the EVAP canister vent shut valve (B) with new O-rings (C).
3.
Install the FTP sensor (D) with a new O-ring (E).

2. EVAP Canister - Install (USA and Canada models)
1.
Install the EVAP canister (A).
2.
Connect the quick-connect fitting (A), the hoses (B), and the EVAP canister vent shut valve connector (C) and the FTP sensor connector (D).

Mexico models

1. EVAP Canister Two Way Valve - Install

Install the EVAP canister two way valve.

2. EVAP Canister - Install
1.
If needed, install the EVAP canister bracket (A).
2.
Install the EVAP canister (B), and connect the hoses (C).
