Clutch Pedal Assembly Removal and Installation
1. Driver's Dashboard Undercover - Remove (If Equipped)

Remove the driver's dashboard undercover.

2. Clutch Pedal Assembly - Remove
1.
Disconnect the clutch pedal position switch connectors (A).
2.
Remove the harness clamp (B).
3.
Pry out the lock pin (C), and pull the clevis pin (D) out of the clevis.
4.
Remove the clutch pedal assembly (E).
NOTE: Make sure the harness is removed from the clutch pedal assembly before removing the clutch pedal assembly.
5.
Loosen the clutch pedal position switch locknuts.
6.
Remove clutch pedal position switch A.
7.
Remove clutch pedal position switch B.

1. Clutch Pedal Assembly - Install
1.
Loosely install clutch pedal position switch A.
NOTE:
Do not contact clutch pedal position switch A to the clutch pedal.
Make sure the installation position of clutch pedal position switch A.
2.
Loosely install clutch pedal position switch B.
NOTE:
Do not contact clutch pedal position switch B to the clutch pedal.
Make sure the installation position of clutch pedal position switch B.
3.
Install the clutch pedal assembly (A).
4.
Connect the clevis (B) to the clutch pedal.
5.
Apply multipurpose grease between the clutch pedal and the clevis.
NOTE: Wipe off any excess grease.
6.
Install the clutch pedal mounting bolt and the master cylinder mounting nuts.
7.
Apply multipurpose grease to the clevis pin (C).
8.
Slide the clevis pin into the clevis, then install the lock pin (D).
9.
Install the harness clamp (E).

NOTE:
Push the harness clamp into place securely.
Make sure the wire harness is not pinched.

10.
Connect the clutch pedal position switch connectors (F).

2. Clutch Pedal and Clutch Pedal Position Switch - Adjust

Adjust the clutch pedal and the clutch pedal position switch.
