CVT Drive Pulley Speed Sensor Removal and Installation

NOTE: Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission.

1. Vehicle - Lift

Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Engine Undercover - Remove

Remove the engine undercover.

3. CVT Drive Pulley Speed Sensor - Remove
1.
Disconnect the CVT drive pulley speed sensor connector (A).
2.
Remove the CVT drive pulley speed sensor (A) with the O-ring (B).


NOTE: Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission.

1. CVT Drive Pulley Speed Sensor - Install
1.
Install the CVT drive pulley speed sensor (A) using a new O-ring (B).
2.
Connect the CVT drive pulley speed sensor connector (A).
NOTE: Check the connector for corrosion, dirt, or oil, and clean or repair if necessary.

2. Engine Undercover - Install

Install the engine undercover.
