CVT Driven Pulley Pressure Sensor Removal and Installation

NOTE: Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission.

1. Vehicle - Lift


2. Engine Undercover - Remove


3. CVT Driven Pulley Pressure Sensor - Remove

Disconnect the CVT driven pulley pressure sensor connector (A).





2.
Remove the CVT driven pulley pressure sensor (A) with the sealing washer (B).

NOTE: Loosen the CVT driven pulley pressure sensor by gripping the metal part, not the plastic part.


NOTE: Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission.

1. CVT Driven Pulley Pressure Sensor - Install

Install the CVT driven pulley pressure sensor (A) using a new sealing washer (B).

NOTE: Tighten the CVT driven pulley pressure sensor by gripping the metal part, not the plastic part.





2.
Connect the CVT driven pulley pressure sensor connector (A).

NOTE: Check the connector for corrosion, dirt, or oil, and clean or repair if necessary.
