End Cover - Remove

Driven Pulley Shaft Bearing - Remove
1.
Remove the snap ring (A) using commercially available snap ring pliers for inner type (B).
2.
Remove the driven pulley shaft bearing (A) using a commercially available bearing puller (B).
3.
Driven Pulley Shaft Bearing - Install
1.
Drive the drive pulley shaft bearing (A) until it bottoms using the 15 x 135L driver handle and the 70 mm attachment.
2.
Install a new snap ring (A) using the commercially available snap ring pliers for inner type (B).
NOTE:
Be careful not to deform the snap ring by opening/closing it excessively.
Make sure the snap ring is firmly installed in the groove.
