Warm Up TWC Removal and Installation
1. Engine Undercover - Remove (4-Door)

Remove the engine undercover.

2. Under-Floor TWC/Exhaust Pipe A Mounting Nuts and WU-TWC Bracket - Remove
1.
Remove the self-locking nuts (A).
2.
Remove the WU-TWC bracket (B).

3. A/F Sensor (Sensor 1) - Remove

Remove the A/F sensor (Sensor 1).

4. Exhaust Chamber Cover - Remove
Remove the exhaust chamber cover (A).


5. WU-TWC - Remove
Remove the WU-TWC (A).


6. WU-TWC Cover - Remove
Remove the WU-TWC cover (A).


1. WU-TWC Cover - Install
Install the WU-TWC cover (A).


2. WU-TWC - Install
Install the WU-TWC (A) and new gaskets (B).


3. Exhaust Chamber Cover - Install
Install the exhaust chamber cover (A).


4. A/F Sensor (Sensor 1) - Install

Install the A/F sensor (Sensor 1).

5. Under-Floor TWC/Exhaust Pipe A Mounting Nuts and WU-TWC Bracket - Install
1.
Install the catalytic converter bracket (A) and tighten the mounting bolts in the numbered sequence shown.
2.
Install the new self-locking nuts (B).

6. Engine Undercover - Install (4-Door)

Install the engine undercover.
