Remove the bolts (A).

Carefully pull out the rear license trim (A) to remove the clips (B, C) and to release the trim from the clips (D), then remove the trim.

NOTE: The clips D will stay in the trunk lid.

Remove the clips D from the trunk lid, then install them to the rear license trim.

NOTE: If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
