1.	Output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor defective

Notes

	Check the output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor installation.
	Inspect the output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor O-ring for wear and damage.
	Check for a poor connection at the output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor.
