Diagnostic procedure

1.	Check for DTCs. If any DTC is indicated, go to the DTC troubleshooting

Also check for

	Accessory relay
	Keyless access control unit
	Engine start/stop switch
	SS1 (+) line short
	SS2 (-) line short
	Harness
