CMBS OFF switch does not turn On/turn Off (CMBS indicator does not change)

Diagnostic procedure

1.	Do the gauge control module self-diagnostic function.
2.	Test the CMBS OFF switch.

Also check for

	An open or increased resistance in the wire.
	A short in the wire.
