Attached Parts Removal

Wash Vehicle:
Water wash from the roof downward. Move to the hood, trunk lid and side panels.
Remove wax with neutral detergent to help prevent contaminants from entering the paint shop area.

Removal of Attached Parts:
Refer to the Service Manual on chassis maintenance.
Where necessary, remove attached parts and use an air blow gun remove dust and dirt. Remove any water from the paint surface.
When a heater is used for drying, be sure to remove heat-sensitive plastic parts from the area being repaired.
