This resonator helps to reduce the tire cavity noise in the tire and the mid-frequency noise caused by the tire/road contact. It has a hollow structure with a vent hole on the side.
Should the resonator become loose from the wheel or damaged, the whole wheel must be replaced. The tire replacement procedures are the same as the normal wheel. Make sure not to damage the resonator with tools while replacing the tire.
