Replacement

The welding symbols in the removal/installation have these meanings. The welding symbols with dashed lines have a meaning of the spot welding of the part which is not visible.

NOTE: To maintain the original body strength and collision safety performance, carefully follow published welding methods. Do not substitute.

enu_623588_1.0 and enu_11389292_1.0: 2-Plate spot welding

enu_623587_1.0 and enu_11389344_1.0: 3-Plate spot welding

enu_623586_1.0 and enu_11389367_1.0: 4-Plate spot welding

enu_623581_1.0: MAG plug welding

enu_623582_1.0: MAG welding (butt or fillet)

enu_8148491_1.0: Double Hole MIG brazing (1500 MPa to HSS/UHSS)

enu_14948170_1.0: Single Hole MIG brazing (270 MPa to 1500 MPa)

Body Dimensional Drawings

Body measuring dimensions show the distance between the forward or upper edge of positioning bosses and/or holes shown in the detail illustration.

However, the measuring points in the frame repair chart are always the centers of the holes.
