Catalytic Converter Removal and Installation

	Detailed information, notes and precautions
	Torque: N·m (kgf·m, lbf·ft)
	Replace

1.	Turbocharger Joint - Remove

2.	Secondary HO2S - Remove

3.	Engine Undercover - Remove

4.	Engine Undercover Lid - Remove

5.	TWC Self-Locking Nuts and TWC Bracket - Remove

6.	Exhaust Chamber Cover - Remove

7.	Bracket - Remove

8.	TWC Assembly - Remove

Note for installation

Before installing the TWC brackets (A), confirm the bolts and nuts fixing the TWC to the turbocharger are tightened to the specified torque.

Tighten the TWC bracket mounting bolts in the numbered sequence shown.

9.	TWC Cover - Remove (if necessary)

10.	All Removed Parts - Install

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets and new self-locking nuts.
