Charge Air Cooler Removal and Installation

NOTE: Make sure the end of hose band (A) is aligned with the mark (B) on the hose band after the parts are installed.

1. Charge Air Cooler - Exploded View

Exploded View




NOTE: Refer to the Exploded View if needed during this procedure.

2. Charge Air Cooler - Remove
1.
Remove the clips (A).
2.
Remove the brackets (A).
3.
Remove intake air duct B and intake air duct C.
4.
Remove the charge air cooler (D) and the lower cushions (E).

3. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
