Water Pump Removal and Installation

Engine Coolant - Drain
2.
Drive Belt - Remove
3.
Drive Belt Auto-Tensioner - Remove
4.
Turbocharger - Remove
5.
Water Pump - Remove
1.
Move the harness holder (A).
2.
Remove the water pump (A).
6.
All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: Inspect and clean the O-ring groove and the mating surface of the water passage.
