Radiator Removal and Installation (1.5L Engine)

1.	Intake Air Resonator - Remove

2.	Engine Coolant - Drain

3.	Front Grille Cover - Remove

4.	Front Bumper - Remove

5.	ECT Sensor 2 - Remove

6.	Front Bumper Upper Beam - Remove

7.	Bulkhead - Move

8.	Radiator Assembly - Remove

1.

Disconnect the upper radiator hose (A), lower radiator hose B, and the water bypass hose (C).

2.

Disconnect the connector (D).

3.

Remove the harness clamps (E) and the expansion tank outlet pipe (F).

4.

Remove the A/C condenser mounting bolts (A).

5.

Pull up the radiator assembly (A).

6.

Remove the fan shroud assembly (B) and the lower cushions (C).

9.	All Removed Parts - Install

1.

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
