Radiator and A/C Condenser Fan, RFC Unit, and Shroud Removal and Installation

Air Cleaner - Remove
2.
Front Grille Cover - Remove
3.
Front Bumper - Remove
4.
Front Bumper Upper Beam - Remove
5.
Bulkhead - Move
1.
Remove the water hoses (A) and the receiver line (B) from the clamps.
2.
Remove the harness clamps (C).
3.
Move the bulkhead (D).
6.
Fan Shroud Assembly External Item - Remove
1.
Disconnect the connectors (A) and the water hose (B).
2.
Remove the harness clamps (C) and the expansion tank outlet pipe (D).
7.
Fan Shroud Assembly - Remove
8.
Fan Shroud - Disassemble
9.
All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
