12 Volt Battery Removal and Installation (KA/KX models)

1.	Baffle Plate - Remove

If necessary, remove the baffle plate (A).

2.	12 Volt Battery Terminal - Disconnect

3.	12 Volt Battery - Remove

1.

Remove the 12 volt battery setting plate (A).

2.

Moving the 12 volt battery box (B) to pull the handle.

3.

Remove the 12 volt battery insulator (C) and the 12 volt battery (D).

4.

Remove the 12 volt battery box (A).

4.	All Removed Parts - Install

1.

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Do not deform the 12 volt battery setting plate by over-tightening the nuts.
