Fuel Fill Door Adapter Removal and Installation
NOTE:
How to read the torque specifications

1.
Rear Inner Fender - Remove (5-door)
2.
Fuel Fill Pipe Bolts - Remove (5-door)
3.
Fuel Fill Door Lock Actuator - Remove
4.
Fuel Fill Door Adapter - Remove
1.
With fuel adapter packing: Push the fuel fill door adapter (A) into the back, then disengage it from the fuel adapter packing (B).
Without Fuel Adapter Packing
With Fuel Adapter Packing
2.
With fuel adapter packing: Remove the fuel adapter packing (A).
3.
Remove the fuel fill door adapter (B).
4.
Disconnect the fuel tube (C) from the fuel fill door adapter.

5.
For some models: Remove the tape (A).
6.
Remove the clip(s) (B), then remove the fuel tube (C).
5.
All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
