Drive Belt Removal and Installation

Detailed information, notes, and precautions

1.	Right Front Wheel - Remove

2.	Engine Undercover - Remove

NOTE: Remove the necessary part(s).

3.	Drive Belt - Remove

Attach a wrench to the drive belt auto-tensioner (A) and move it to the direction arrow shown. With the drive belt auto-tensioner compressed, secure the drive belt auto-tensioner by aligning the water passage hole with the drive belt auto-tensioner hole and inserting a 6 x 45 mm pin (B) into the hole.

NOTE: This is a hydraulic type auto-tensioner, so you must turn the wrench slowly for at least 3 seconds.

4.	All Removed Parts - Install

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
