Front Seat Cushion Cover Removal and Installation

2. Front Seat Cushion Cover/Pad - Remove

With Seat Heater

With Seat Belt Reminder

For some models: From under the seat cushion, remove these items:
Connectors (A)
Harness clips (B)




Except Type-R

Type-R

Release the hook strips (A).




Driver's Seat (Except Type-R)

Passenger's Seat (Except Type-R)

Type-R

Release the hook strips (A).
4.
Driver's seat (except Type-R): Remove the clip (B).
5.
Remove the seat cushion cover/pad (A).

3. Front Seat Cushion Cover - Remove

Except Type-R

Type-R
1.
Release the upholstery rings (A) and the hook and loop fasteners (B), then remove the seat cushion cover (C).

4. All Removed Parts - Install

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: Replace all of the upholstery rings (A) fastening the seat cushion cover (B) to the pad wires (C) with new ones using commercially available upholstery ring pliers (D).
