Front Housing Bracket Ball Joint Removal and Installation

Vehicle - Lift

Front Wheel - Remove
3.
Front Suspension Stroke Sensor - Disconnect
1.
Disconnect the front suspension stroke sensor from the lower arm
.
4.
Lower Arm - Disconnect
1.
Disconnect the housing bracket ball joint from the lower arm
.
5.
Housing Bracket - Remove

Housing Bracket - Install
1.
Loosely install the new TORX bolt (A), then tighten the new mounting bolts (B) and the new TORX bolt in the numbered sequence shown.
2.
Lower Arm - Connect
1.
Connect the housing bracket ball joint to the lower arm
.
3.
Front Suspension Stroke Sensor - Connect
1.
Connect the front suspension stroke sensor to the lower arm
.
4.
Front Wheel - Install
5.
Wheel Alignment - Check
