The fuel sending unit float level changes frequently due to acceleration, deceleration, cornering, and slopes. As a result, the fuel gauge reading that is displayed is based on inputs it receives from the fuel sending unit, as well as inputs on fuel injector duration. |

The following conditions may cause fuel gauge fluctuations: |
