When no one is sitting on the front passenger's seat, but there is an object on the seat more than 5 kg (11 lbs).
The front seat belt is buckled, but no one is sitting on the front passenger's seat.
Someone who is less than about a certain weight is sitting on the front passenger's seat. (The seat weight sensors may not measure the correct weight of the front passenger. If the front passenger's weight is more than a certain weight but is supporting some of their body weight with their feet on the floor, or with their hands and arms on an arm rest, the actual weight of the passenger is not measured.)
