Audio System DTC Troubleshooting: 2610
DTC 2610: DRAM Diag
NOTE:
Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first.
This audio DTC sets when a problem with the internal DRAM is detected (the HMI Unit icon is red in the System Links).
Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information.

Problem verification:

Clear the hard error codes.

Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

Wait for at least 6 seconds.

Check for hard error codes.

Is DTC 2610 indicated?
