DTC U0401-53: Temporary stop of Integrated Driver Support System (Received stop request by PGM-FI System) DTC U0401-92: Temporary stop of Integrated Driver Support System (Rejected control request by PGM-FI System)
If these DTC are recorded, the following is suspected:
?
ACC operation is inhibited this way when there is a transmission malfunction, transmission and transmission fluid temperatures are too high, or if the PCM determines ACC is still active when the brake pedal is pressed.
?
The brake pedal position switch is failed or out of adjustment, or the brake pedal was pressed lightly while driving. (electric brake booster equipped models)
?
If this sets due to transmission fluid temperature, a warning will also be displayed in the MID.
If these DTC are recorded, some of the integrated driver support system functions are temporarily canceled but it is not a failure.
When the PCM becomes ready to receive a control request from the millimeter wave radar and the multipurpose camera unit, the temporarily cancelled integrated driver support system functions are re-activated.
The functions of the integrated driver support system that will be temporarily canceled when these DTC are recorded can be confirmed with the DTC troubleshooting index.
