DTC B22A1: Wireless Charger Unit ACC Input Circuit Failure
NOTE: If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A.

1.
Problem verification:

Problem verification

Clear the DTCs with the HDS.


?2.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode and then the ON mode.

?3.
Wait for at least 6 seconds.

?4.
Check for DTCs with the HDS.

Is DTC B22A1 indicated?

     
YES
     
     
     
Go to step 2.
     
NO
     
     
     
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.?
2.
Shorted wire check (ACC to +B BACK UP line):

Shorted wire check (ACC to +B BACK UP line)

Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode and then press the wireless charger power button.

Does the wireless charger operate?

     
YES
     
     
     
A short in the ACC wire to the +B BACK UP wire.?
     
NO
     
     
     
Go to step 3.
3.
Wireless charger operation check:

Wireless charger operation check
?1.
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

?2.
Push and hold the wireless charger power switch for 1 second or more and repeat it.

Does the indicator (green) repeated to ON and OFF?

     
YES
     
     
     
Go to step 4.
     
NO
     
     
     
Go to step 5.

Fuse check:

?1.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

?2.
Check the following fuse.

Location
Under-dash fuse/relay box

Is the fuse OK?

     
YES
     
     
     
An open or poor connection in the ACC wire between the No. B1 (10 A) fuse and the wireless charger .?
     
NO
     
     
     
Replace the fuse. If the fuse blows again, repair a short to ground in the No. B1 (10 A) fuse circuit.?

Is the fuse OK?

     
YES
     
     
     
An open or poor connection in the ACC KEYLOCK wire between the No. B2 (5 A) fuse and the body control module.?
     
NO
     
     
     
Replace the fuse. If the fuse blows again, repair a short to ground in the No. B2 (5 A) fuse circuit.?
