DTC Troubleshooting: P0607
DTC P0607: PCM Internal Circuit Malfunction
NOTE:
Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information.
DTC P0607 is stored at the same time as any of DTC P1xxx caused by the PCM internal failure. Troubleshoot those DTCs indicated at the same time as DTC P0607 first, then recheck for P0607.

Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

Clear the DTC with the HDS.

Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

Are any of DTC P1xxx indicated at the same time as DTC P0607?

     
YES
     
     
     
Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.?
     
NO
     
     
     
Go to step 1-2 and recheck. If DTC P0607 is indicated again, check for any authorized service information related to the DTCs or symptoms you are troubleshooting, or substitute a known-good PCM, then recheck. If DTC P0607 goes away and the PCM was substituted, replace the original PCM.?
