Audio unit power will not turn on (No information display)

Check if the Day/Night ( ) button has been pressed, and turned off the display (see the Owner's Manual for more information). |

Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals. |

Check if the audio unit display indicates any information. | |
Is any information displayed?

Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.? |
|

The failure is duplicated, go to step 2. |

Fuse check:

Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode. |

Check the following fuses.

Are the fuses OK?

Replace the fuse(s), and recheck. If the fuse(s) blows again, check for a short in the No. A19 fuse and/or the No. B1 fuse circuits.? |

The +B AUDIO wire is OK. Go to step 5. |

The GND wire is OK. Go to step 7. |

Repair an open or high resistance in the wire or poor ground (G504).? |

Does the symptom go away?

Replace the original audio panel.? |
