Measure the voltage between terminal No. 7 and body ground.

	If there is battery voltage, go to step 3.
	If there is no voltage, check for:
	? Blown No. B9 fuse ? An open or high resistance in the wire

Measure the voltage between terminal No. 6 and body ground.

	If there is less than 0.2 V, go to step 4.
	If there is voltage more than 0.2 V, check for:
	? An open or high resistance in the ground wire ? Poor ground (G502)

4.

Measure the voltage between terminal No. 5 and body ground with the shift lever in R position/mode.

	If there is battery voltage, replace the rearview mirror.
	If there is no voltage, check for:
	? An open or high resistance in the wire ? Faulty under-dash fuse/relay box ? Faulty reverse relay circuit ? Faulty transmission range switch
