Let the engine cool until the value of ECT SENSOR 1 is 122 °F (50 °C) or less.

YES
The failure is duplicated. Check for any authorized service information related to the DTCs or symptoms you are troubleshooting, or substitute a known-good PCM, then recheck. If DTC P027E goes away and the PCM was substituted, replace the original PCM.?
