Water Passage Removal and Installation
1.
Engine Coolant - Drain
2.
Alternator - Remove
3.
Right Front Inner Fender - Remove
4.
Water Pump - Remove
5.
Thermostat - Remove
6.
Water Passage - Remove
1.
Disconnect the water bypass hoses (A).
2.
Remove the harness bracket (B).
3.
Remove the water passage (C).
7.
All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring.
NOTE: Inspect and clean the O-ring groove and the mating surface of the engine block.
