Warm Up TWC Removal and Installation - Honda FIT GK 2014-2020

1.	Engine Undercover - Remove

2.	Under-Floor TWC - Remove

3.	WU-TWC Brackets - Remove

4.	EGR Pipe - Remove

5.	Under-Cowl Panel - Remove

6.	A/F Sensor (Sensor 1) - Remove

7.	WU-TWC - Remove

1.

Lower the vehicle.

2.

Remove the WU-TWC cover (A).

3.

Remove the WU-TWC (A) and the gaskets (B).

8.	All Removed Parts - Install

1.

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets.

NOTE:

Before install the WU-TWC brackets (A), confirm the bolts and nuts fixing the WU-TWC to the cylinder head are tightened to the specified torque.

Tighten the WU-TWC bracket mounting bolts in the numbered sequence shown.
