Fog Light Adjustment
1. Fog Light - Adjust

Before adjusting the fog lights:
Park the vehicle on a level surface.
Unload the vehicle.
Make sure the tire pressures are correct.
The driver or someone who weighs the same should sit in the driver's seat.

The fog lights should aim down slightly. To check for proper adjustment:

1.
Park the vehicle in front of a wall or screen (A).

2.
Turn the fog lights on.

3.
Determine if the fog lights are aimed properly:

Measure the height of the fog lights (B).
On the wall or screen, mark the height of the fog lights with a piece of tape (C).
Check each fog light beam's height. Adjust them both so they are approximately 4.5 cm (1.77 in) lower (D) than the height of the fog lights at a distance of 3 m (9.8 ft).

For example, if the vehicle is parked 3 m (9.8 ft) from the wall or screen, the top of the fog light beam should be 4.5 cm (1.77 in) below the tape mark.

4.
If necessary, adjust each fog light to the specified height by turning the adjuster (A).
