Before doing this troubleshooting, confirm the customer's smartphone is compatible with the vehicle, and see how to connect the customer's smartphone to the vehicle. |

Make sure the appropriate application is already installed in the customer's smartphone. |

Make sure the customer's smartphone settings for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are to ON. |

Make sure the vehicle settings for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are to ON. |
