Gauge control module operation check:

Do the gauge control module self-diagnostic function

Is the gauge control module OK?
YES
Go to step 2.
NO
Replace the gauge control module

LKAS switch check:
LKAS switch check
?1.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

Test the LKAS switch

Is the switch OK?
YES
Go to step 3.
NO
Replace the ACC combination switch
.?
3.
Open wire check (CRUISE SP-LIM/DISTANCE SW line):
Open wire check (CRUISE SP-LIM/DISTANCE SW line)

Disconnect the following connector.
ACC combination switch 12P connector
?2.
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
?3.
Measure the voltage between test points 1 and 2.
Test condition
Vehicle ON mode
ACC combination switch 12P connector: disconnected
Test point 1
ACC combination switch 12P connector (female terminals) No. 3:
Test point 2
Body ground
Is there about 5 V?
YES
Repair an open in the CRUISE SP-LIM GND/DISTANCE SW GND wire between the ACC combination switch and the gauge control module.?
NO
Repair an open in the CRUISE SP-LIM/DISTANCE SW wire between the ACC combination switch and the gauge control module.?
Troubleshooting Start
