Parking Brake Lever Removal and Installation
1. Center Console - Remove

Remove the center console.

2. Parking Brake Lever - Remove
1.
Release the parking brake lever fully.
2.
Disconnect the parking brake switch connector (A) from the parking brake switch (B).
3.
Remove the harness clip (C).
4.
Disconnect the parking brake cables (A) from the equalizer (B).
5.
Remove the parking brake lever (C).

3. Parking Brake Switch - Remove
Remove the parking brake switch (A).



NOTE: Do not scratch the coating on the link cable while handling and assembling the parking brake lever.

1. Parking Brake Switch - Install
Install the parking brake switch (A).


2. Parking Brake Lever - Install
1.
Install the parking brake lever (A).
2.
Connect the parking brake cables (B) to the equalizer (C).
3.
Install the harness clip (A).
4.
Connect the parking brake switch connector (B) to the parking brake switch (C).

3. Center Console - Install

Install the center console.

4. Parking Brake - Adjust

Adjust the parking brake.
